How to battle

First of all to know who will get the turn first is to RR their speed like this

I'll try an example battle like a Lvl. 60 Charizard and Lvl. 60 Blaziken

Blaziken Speed

Blaziken uses Flamethrower
Power of Flamethrower: 95 x Sp. Attack: 60 = 5700 / level: 60 = 95 damage

Random Roll Speed to execute must be 10 or more

Random number (1,40) :

It hits Charizards hp = 219 - 47.5 = 171.5 for same because Blazikens attack is a Fire Type so it's not very effective against Charizard so divide it by 2.
